About the project Ensure the delivery and reporting of a portfolio of projects through the Capital Project Management Process. Manage the project repository on Sharepoint.
Key Responsibilities Assist with Procure to Pay activities including raising of Purchase Orders and logging and approval of Invoices
Provide contract administrative support to the Project Management team
Manage the coordination of internal and external meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes, and travel arrangements
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as required, managing the setup of meetings and maintaining a professional environment at all times
About You – Are Your Skills a Match? Good organizational and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, accurate, analytical
Facilitation and presentation skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work under minimal supervision
