Your Role You will play a key role within the Underwriting Operations team, supporting the delivery of the underwriting strategy through operational, analytical, and administrative excellence. This role combines process improvement, reporting, and system support to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making across Underwriting, Reinsurance and IT. Youll add value by streamlining operations, enhancing controls and providing insights that enable better business decisions. Main Responsibilities - Supporting the documentation and enhancement of underwriting processes and systems, working with IT to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented. - Designing, producing, and maintaining operational reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive efficiency. - Maintaining and enhancing underwriting documentation, policies, and schedules, ensuring all materials are accurate and consistent with business standards. - Distributing surveys, maintaining activity logs, and producing related outputs such as reports and training materials to support operational oversight. Your Background Relevant professional or third-level qualification with experience in an insurance environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and underwriting systems.
