Job Type: Permanent Store Location: 43-44 Patrick Street, Cork Hours: 38.75 hours per week Salary: Up to €35,000 DOE, 25% colleague discount, 30-days annual leave pro rata The Role Are you passionate about customer service? As a Deputy Retail Manager, you'll be second in command supporting the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett. You'll partner with the Store Manager to build a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations. You will act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set-up store promotional plans and ensure full compliance with health and safety. To become a Health & Wellness specialist you'll embark on a training programme that includes our "Qualified to Advise" and Level 2 Operational Training, you'll be trained in all areas of running a successful store and, when you're ready, we will help you move up into a Store Manager role. The Person To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have: Previous retail experience Excellent communication and proven people management skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team in all situations. Great teamwork skills so that you can support your manager and develop your team. The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment. Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
