Overview

Lettings & Property Admin | 35K

The successful candidate will take on all admin duties support the team and will assist on 2 existing portfolio of managed properties all over the greater Dublin area.

Responsibilities

- General administrative support, including use of LetMan and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Handling tenant and landlord queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinating maintenance requests: liaising with contractors, obtaining quotations, and following up on job progress.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tenant and landlord files.
- Registering tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
- Conducting occasional property inspections when required.
- Overseeing a dedicated property portfolio two days per week in a job-share capacity

Skills

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using LetMan or similar property management software (training can be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tenant and landlord relationships effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field is desirable but not essential

More Details

This is a fulltime role and the successful candidate will be based in our office in Dublin 6 and report to the Head of Lettings.
