About the Role Cpl is currently recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to support a leading organisation within the manufacturing sector. This three-month temporary contract offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional to contribute to the smooth operation of critical production and business systems. Mitchelstown Location - Onsite 3 Days Per Week Key Responsibilities Deliver first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Provide support for manufacturing systems, shop-floor equipment, and production-related IT assets. Maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network components. Log and manage support tickets through the IT service desk system, ensuring timely resolution. Assist with system updates, installations, patching, and routine maintenance. Ensure adherence to IT security standards and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Produce user documentation and deliver basic training where required. Skills & Experience Proven experience in an IT support rol Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and core networking principles. Experience supporting hardware such as PCs, handheld devices, barcode scanners, and printers. Familiarity with ERP or MES environments is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a time-sensitive setting. Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to manage workload independently while collaborating within a wider IT team.
