Overview IT Support Specialist
An experienced IT Support Specialist is sought to join a growing IT team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide hands-on support across multiple sites, ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering excellent service to employees. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies and systems within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for on-site and hardware support queries
Provide IT desk setup, hot desk maintenance, and day-to-day troubleshooting
Support the organisation’s managed services provider and improve user interaction
Monitor and maintain IT systems, including network hardware, software, and operating systems
Coordinate software installation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
Key Skills Required IT qualification or equivalent IT support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint Online
Solid understanding of networking and wireless technologies
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
