As a Technology Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of large, high‑profile projects that transform how we operate, unlocking lasting value for Primark’s colleagues and customers.

What You’ll Do

Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects, from initiation through closure

Partner with project leadership (Business Programme Directors, Business Sponsors, Technology Leaders) to define strategic objectives and ensure ongoing alignment

Manage a multi‑million‑pound budget (£2m‑£6m), tracking actuals against forecasts and controlling variances

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan aligned to strategic objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and resources

Identify, manage and assess risks, issues and dependencies to minimise impact on delivery

Ensure day‑to‑day operations adhere to Primark’s Delivery Governance Framework and governance, risk & compliance standards

Lead and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities to achieve objectives

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of relevant experience in project, programme & portfolio management

Proven track record of delivering high‑quality results against defined scope, timeline, budget and quality standards

Knowledge of retail‑industry specific technologies and trends

Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
