Build Trust: Meet entrepreneurs face-to-face, becoming their trusted advisor for asset finance solutions (Hire Purchase, Leasing, etc.). Craft Tailored Strategies: Match businesses with the right financial products to fuel their growth. Collaborate: Partner with TSMs, Branch Leads, and sector suppliers to drive referral networks and sector-specific opportunities. Represent PTSB: Attend industry events and position PTSB as a leader in the Irish Asset Finance market. Deliver Excellence: Combine sharp credit skills with a passion for customer experience to achieve sustainable growth. What Were Looking For A Relationship Builder who connects effortlessly with business owners and earns their trust. Commercial Acumen: Interest in asset finance, SME markets, and credit fundamentals. Ambition to Grow: Hunger to develop new business and advance your career. Full Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within your assigned region. Essential: APA certification (Controlled Function CF3/CF4). Skills: Knowledge of asset finance products (Hire Purchase, Leasing). Experience in commercial banking or SME lending.
