Senior Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist Our client is a prestigious global brand and industry leader partnering with Re:work to hire a Senior Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This is a multi-agency assignment, with another recruitment agency supporting the search.
Role Summary
This senior Compensation & Benefits role offers the chance to work across multiple regions, supporting the delivery of global pay structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs while managing day-to-day operational processes. You’ll contribute to shaping C&B strategies, optimising systems, and enhancing the employee experience in a growing international business.
The role is suited to an experienced compensation and benefits professional who is systems-focused, analytical, and energised by balancing strategic initiatives with operational delivery in a dynamic, evolving environment.
About the Company & HR Department
Our client is a well-established global organisation experiencing significant growth and investment in HR infrastructure, including optimising global compensation and benefits processes and systems. The team operates collaboratively across projects while maintaining ownership of their core areas, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation and benefits programs to employees worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
Contribute to the implementation and administration of global compensation and benefits strategies
Analyse market pay and benefits trends to inform internal decisions
Coordinate pay and bonus processes, providing insights to HR and business partners
Ensure compensation and benefits records are accurate and up to date across all regions
Work with external vendors and brokers to maintain and improve benefits programs
Provide input on compensation and benefits considerations for hiring and internal moves
Spot process improvements and help streamline compensation and benefits operations
Support global HR initiatives and change programs as required
What We're Looking For
5+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a global context
Strong understanding of HRIS systems, pay structures, benefits programs, and market benchmarking
Proven experience managing pay and bonus cycles, benefits renewals, and vendor relationships
Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and attention to detail
Ideally from financial services, large-scale organisations, or similar structured environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What's On Offer
Salary: €75,000-€85,000 with some flexibility for exceptional candidates with extensive Comp & Bens experience gained within a global setting.
Location: Dublin 2
Contract: Permanent, full-time position

How They Work
This role is based in the Dublin head office and requires full-time onsite presence (5 days per week) during the first 6 months/probationary period. Following successful completion of probation, the position moves to a hybrid model: three days onsite and two days working from home each week.
The HR team operates collaboratively, with in-person time focused on complex projects, key stakeholder engagement, and driving global C&B initiatives.
