The Opportunity This is an exciting chance for a motivated and creative fundraising professional to join our client at a pivotal moment in their growth. AsSenior Individual Giving Officer, you will: Deliver donor-centred direct marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (digital, print, face-to-face, and telemarketing). Play a key role in donor recruitment, retention, and upgrade programmes. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Individual Giving programme, working closely with the Head of Individual Giving and other internal teams. This is a highly impactful role where your work will directly help expand the organisations supporter base and increase unrestricted income enabling them to campaign for change, fund groundbreaking research, and deliver vital services to people and families affected by this condition. Key Responsibilities ? Plan, implement, and evaluate Individual Giving campaigns, including cash appeals and regular giving. ? Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. ? Lead on theTax Back Campaign, including data management, creative, and analysis. ? Develop engaging donor journeys to boost retention, reactivation, and upgrades. ? Monitor performance, apply campaign insights, and continuously improve fundraising approaches. ? Deliver high-quality donor stewardship and an excellent supporter experience. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be both astrategic thinker and hands-on fundraiser, bringing experience, creativity, and energy to the role. You will have: Minimum 2 years experience in Individual Giving fundraising, direct marketing, or a related role. Experience in direct mail, digital fundraising, and acquisition campaigns is a must. Strong project management and supplier management skills. A data-driven approach with experience in database management (knowledge of RE NXT an advantage). Excellent communication and collaborative skills. A genuine passion for making a difference in the not-for-profit sector.
