With 8 showrooms situated at Airside near Swords, a further 4 at Navan Road and our Bray dealership we provide a choice of locations for interested candidates. As a result of our ongoing expansion and business growth, we are seeking to appoint positive and motivated individuals to join our Sales team in Airside, Swords and Navan Road. We wish to appoint a Trainee Sales Executive. About the role: As a Bright Junior Sales Executive, you will be joining a team recognised by the industry and our customers for providing outstanding customer service. Our sales team offer impartial advice to make sure that the customer drives away from our showrooms in the best vehicle to meet their specific requirements knowing that they will continue to receive outstanding aftersales support throughout the life of their vehicle. Each of our dealerships boasts the equipment, technology and high-quality showrooms which are continually upgraded to meet the latest market requirements, allowing you to work with the latest technology while providing a safe, friendly, and clean environment in which to carry out your sales. Providing our customers with the highest possible levels of service is our focus. You will be part of the sales team, learning from our experienced sales managers and executives during your training. Role responsibilities: Learn our successful sales process to sell vehicles profitably. Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently to maximise sales. Assist customers with finding a vehicle that best suits their needs. Continuously improve and learn through our training program and feedback from other sales executives and sales managers.
