Warehouse Manager

We are currently working with our client, as they are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee their order fulfilment and distribution activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a small but dynamic team and ensuring seamless operations across warehousing, inventory management, and customer order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day distribution centre operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfilment.
- Liaise with customers and sales representatives to maintain satisfaction and provide dedicated after-sales support.
- Promote products to existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate, process, and monitor incoming orders, ensuring quality and accuracy from receipt through to shipment.
- Manage inventory using cloud-based systems, including regular stock counts and quality control checks.
- Ensure product quality and correctness of frames prior to dispatch.
- Maintain accurate administrative and operational records.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational fluctuations to support business demands.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 staff members to achieve high performance.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in warehouse and operations management (ideally with team leadership responsibilities).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfilment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers, sales reps, and team members.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style.
