We are hiring a Service Support Coordinator role to be based full time in our offices in Dublin, in the Ballycoolen area. The Service Support Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the reactive workload of the Irish Service Department. This position ensures that all service operations are executed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with approved procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Communication Management Service Coordination Reactive Repairs & Commissioning Internal Collaboration Process & Compliance Task & Workflow Management Reporting & Support Trade Compliance Experience required: 1+ years experience in an office environment Experienced with Microsoft office This role demands strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
