
Support Services Coordinator

Our organization requires a support officer for an immediate temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and work effectively as part of a team.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care through ticket handling, calls, and emails.
- Process applications and requests on behalf of the client.
- Give access to systems for new users.
- Update and provide reports to both internal management and the client.
- Process registrations.
- Set up new customers and ensure all documentation is in order.
- General administration such as updating files, procedures etc
- Update invoicing records and allocate costings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years' experience within administration ideally with a customer care background.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics.
- Previous use with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Great team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
