Im looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist to join a leading tile and bathroom brand as they launch their brand-new showroom in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in interior design and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, youll welcome customers and visitors to a beautifully designed showroom, guiding them as they explore options and discuss their projects. Your goal will be to create a warm, relaxed environment where customers feel inspired, supported, and confident in their choices. Key responsibilities Be the welcoming face of the showroom, greeting walk-in customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression. Engage with customers across multiple channelsphone, email, and in-personto handle enquiries, process orders, and support designers and architects with their project needs. Deliver standout product advice, using your knowledge and design awareness to guide customers and maximise every sales opportunity. Achieve and exceed sales targets through confident upselling and a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term relationships. Prepare quotes, manage sales orders, and respond to queries promptly to maintain an exceptional customer experience. Key requirements Previous experience in consultative sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you are approachable, professional and enjoy helping people. Strong attention to detail and a highly organised work style. A calm and customer-focused attitude.
