Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their top-tier Employment Law Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a team of highly-skilled and experienced advisers in a supportive and flexible environment. You will have the chance to advise on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. The firm's clients include those in the corporate, financial and business sectors as well as a range of government entities and state and statutory bodies.

- Join a Tier 1 ranked Employment Law Group
- Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters
- Work with clients from diverse sectors including corporate, financial, and government entities

What you'll do:

- Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Addressing full range of HR-related legal queries
- Conducting investigations in respect of protected disclosures
- Advising on labour-related matters in corporate transactions
- Handling employment-related litigation before various commissions and courts
- Advising on transfer of undertakings
- Preparing and delivering presentations on areas of employment law
- Engaging proactively on business development activities

What you bring:

- 5+ years PQE gained in either Ireland or the UK
- Strong experience in all aspects of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making
- Capability to multi-task and manage client needs consistently
- Genuine passion for business development
- Keen interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge
