The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed deal — working with top-tier brands and innovative companies across your region. You won't just hit quota; you'll help redefine how companies adopt cutting-edge tech solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Run the entire sales process: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close
- Drive new business and grow key accounts
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline like a pro
- Deliver compelling product demos that close deals
- Be the trusted advisor your clients actually want to hear from

What We're Looking For

- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- 1+ year of experience in a high-performance sales environment
- Proven track record of qualifying leads and closing deals
- Obsessed with hitting (and smashing) your targets
- Team player with a "let's win together" mindset
