Legal compliances Drafting, reviewing and managing legal agreements contracts and related relevant documentation. Advising of updates and reporting on legal matters, compliance issues and litigation progress to senior management Collaborate internally to address and guide on legal issues, ensuring compliances, risk and regulatory issues. Creating and implementing comprehensive documentation for being compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Identifying and mitigating potential legal and compliance risks Data protection Ensuring organizational compliance with data protection laws, such as GDPR by developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures. Serving as a point of contact for data subjects with the relevant supervisory authority Offering expertise and guidance on data protection impact assessments for identifying and mitigating risks Conducting and overseeing data protection and awareness programs for employees. Compliances Designing and implementing compliance management systems to monitor and track adherence to regulations.
