A versatile food production company in Monaghan is on the lookout for a Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. Whether you're mechanically or electrically biased, this is your chance to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Responsibilities Keep production moving with proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. Tackle mechanical and electrical faults across PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more. Support production teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with contractors, mentor apprentices, and contribute to continuous improvement. Criteria 3-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in food or pharma. Strong mechanical/electrical skills with PLC know-how. Technical qualification or apprenticeship in a relevant trade. A team player with a full driving licence and fluent English. Rewards €25/hr (Mechanical) | €27/hr (Electrical) 3% pension contribution 20 days annual leave Mon-Fri 8hr shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) On-call rota with allowance + OT at 1.5x Ready to engineer your next move?
