Working Arrangements:Full-time onsite, Mon-Fri
Salary:€50,202 (Point 1 of Grade V scale)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient running of the Clinical Director's office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Provide administrative support formedical projects, committees, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential information.
- Assist with medical HR administration and liaise with senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical PA or in a senior healthcare administration role.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A background in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
