Reporting directly to the Directors, this position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at handling the financial intricacies of our business.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage Financial Transactions: Process and record payments, invoices, income, and receipts with precision. Ensure all data is accurately entered into our accounting systems and maintain meticulous records.
2. Prepare Financial Statements: Develop and present monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets, providing clear insights into our financial health.
3. Complete VAT Returns: Accurately prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Account Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile business accounts, promptly addressing any discrepancies and supporting the Accountant in maintaining financial accuracy.
5. Administrative Assistance: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting the Accountant with the preparation of yearly accounts and financial documents.
6. Vendor Management: Process vendor payments and track bank account balances to maintain our financial stability.
7. Financial Accuracy: Monitor for inconsistencies in financial accounts and work with the Accountant to rectify any errors, ensuring the integrity of our financial data.
