Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead the marketing function and play a pivotal role in elevating the firm’s brand, client engagement strategy, and market positioning. The role offers real scope to shape marketing strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and drive commercial growth across targeted sectors.
Who should apply? Ideal candidates will be experienced marketing leaders who thrive in collaborative, entrepreneurial environments. You will likely have:
A degree in Marketing or a related discipline
5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within professional or financial services
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Commercially minded, with a creative and data-driven approach
Role and Reporting Lines This position reports to the Managing Partner and will work closely with Partners and the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Strategy – Develop and deliver strategic marketing plans aligned to business goals
Campaign Execution – Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support business development and brand awareness
Brand & Communications – Oversee brand identity, PR, events, sponsorships and internal communications
Stakeholder Engagement – Advise and support Partners and senior management in executing go-to-market strategies
Team Leadership – Lead and develop the internal marketing team to ensure excellence in delivery
Performance Analytics – Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
Budget Oversight – Manage the marketing budget and optimise resource allocation
Market Positioning – Enhance the firm’s profile across its core sectors and niche markets
