Growth Manager Our client is a leading Home Care provider who provide high quality Private Home Care services to familiies all across Ireland. They are currently seeking to hire a Growth Manager to join an established team. This brand-new position will report to the Director of Growth and work very closely with the Regional Managers, General Managers, Live-in General Manager, Disability General Manager and the Director of Operations. The Growth Manager will be responsible for successfully building and supporting sales activities across Ireland to grow and develop private client/Live-in client revenue. This person needs to live in Dublin or the Greater Dublin area. Role/Responsibilities: Build and support Sales Agent model in Ireland. Recruit and onboard new Sales Agents as required. Develop and deliver Sales Agent onboarding training. Develop and implement Agent Support Programme to meet national private client/Live-in client revenue, conversion and value targets across corporate group Build and deliver sales training programs to improve conversion and longevity for Agents, GMs and Key Player network. Improve client onboarding experience and service experience. Support GMs to deliver their local office Live-in care revenue/start targets Support implementation and development of CRM software for Agents and local/national office. Conduct business analysis from CRM reporting and respond to trends as appropriate. Share data with network to drive sales. Working with Head of Marketing & Live-in Care GM, build and deliver sales materials for use by Agents and Key Player Network Develop and manage the annual Agent Support Programme budget. Develop and deliver national agent/corporate office networking plan. Manage key accounts alongside RMS delivering private business, including back up care services, not for profits and insurance groups Oversee GM/agent relations with key referral providers including private hospital discharge planners. Improve care management interventions to improve private client longevity and private revenue Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the developing and implementing private sales services for our client. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to all employees. Maintain and establish strong relationships with neighbouring franchise owners. Maintain and establish strong relationships with the National Office team for support on various operational activities. Develop and manage all critical numbers of the business (Key Performance Indicator/Operations scorecard) and report each month to our clients Corporate offices, Sales Agents and National Office. Develop as required sales strategies to launch new private care solutions. Education/Experience: Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by our client and the related role. Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen intently and effectively. Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with management, colleagues, Agents, GMs and their staff. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work. Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanour. Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting. Ability to oversee projects from beginning to end, including incorporation of new ideas and best practices and evaluation of processes and procedures in order to recommend improvements and changes when appropriate. Knowledge of all tools currently available to Agents & GMs for use in building the business. IT and Microsoft Office skills: proficiency using common office programs such as Outlook environment, Microsoft 365 suite, and relevant office software and devices necessary for the role Ability to travel as the business requires across Ireland.
