Job Title Spa Therapist Introduction A luxury property in Kildare is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join their professional wellness team. This role requires a high standard of treatment delivery, a passion for guest care, and a focus on both service excellence and revenue growth. The successful candidate will work in a refined environment that places equal value on technical skill and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Deliver a full range of body and facial therapies to luxury standards Tailor treatments to individual guest needs and preferences Maintain treatment rooms to immaculate cleanliness and readiness Build strong rapport with guests, enhancing the overall spa journey Support retail sales and treatment upselling to drive revenue Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service across departments Participate in training and development to maintain high standards Requirements Recognised beauty/therapy qualification.
