Post ID: 038534 Post Summary: A vacancy exists for an experienced professional in the position of Facilities Manager within the Facilities and Services function of the E&F Department of Trinity College Dublin. As part of the management team for Facilities and Services within E&F, the Facilities Manager will report directly to the Premises Services Manager and in their absence the Head of Facilities Management. They will ensure the quality delivery of a full range of Premises and Campus Services in an integrated, seamless fashion to support all the activities of the Department across all the Universitys sites. Whilst fundamentally part of the Premises Services Team, the Facilities Manager role remit will span both pillars of E&Fs Facilities Management (FM) service - Premises Services and Campus Services. Premises Services includes for Front Line Maintenance, Housekeeping, Day Time Janitorial and Attendant Services, whilst Campus Services include for Security Services, Litter and Waste Management, Pest Control, Logistics, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance. Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3), Salary Scale (€70,240 - €90,865 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
