A snapshot of your peer group:

- 5+ years’ experience delivering projects, specifically within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
- Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
- Understanding and practical experience of organisational design and workforce planning projects would be a bonus.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

- Lead on the delivery of major consulting engagements.
- Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams.
- Become part of the leadership team in KPMG's growing People & Change team.
- You will be working with clients and leading project work in the area of Change Management primarily but also potentially in the following areas:
- Organisational Development /effectiveness
- Operating Model design and implementation
- Workforce planning and implementation
- Business Readiness/Training
- Cultural Change
- Talent Management

Your team:

You will be joining a dynamic team of 38 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people. The team delivers on four key service offerings namely change management, organizational design, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
