TheRisk Analystis responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the NTMA's Risk Management Policy and Framework in line with NTMA's strategy. The role is also responsible for supporting and challenging NTMA business units in the management of risk in accordance with the three lines of defence model. The role involves extensive engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and mandates throughout the Agency including the NTMA Operational Risk and Control Committee and supporting other risk committees to enhance risk management capability throughout the NTMA. Principal Accountabilities Support the development of NTMA risk policies, practices, and tools, and provide support and advice to various business stakeholders. Support independent oversight of operational/enterprise risks and the review and challenge of NTMA business units in accordance with the three lines of defence model. Maintain successful partnerships with relevant stakeholders. and support NTMA business units as required in executing their first line enterprise risk responsibilities including recording operational risk events; implementing key risk indicators; identifying and evaluating risks (including strategic and emerging risks); recording and identifying mitigating actions; and monitoring outcomes. Support the development maintenance and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management System and provide ongoing support to business users. Support the development and delivery of the annual Risk Week programme for the Agency, including engaging with external and internal stakeholders to identify key risk topics. Contribute to and support complete and timely reporting to the Operational Risk and Control Committee, and other risk management committees including in relation to operational risk events. Support the co-ordination of papers to the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Support the implementation of the NTMA Assurance Testing Framework and the Third Party Generative AI Governance Framework. Support the implementation of AI solutions within the Enterprise Risk Team. Deliver appropriate updates to the Risk Champions Forum. Support the delivery of appropriate risk management training to all NTMA staff. Support the Head of Risk and Head of Enterprise Risk in any other enterprise risk matters. Experience and Knowledge Risk management knowledge and experience in implementing a Risk Management Program is required. Track record in enterprise risk management ideally within a financial or peer organisation. Excellent ability to understand and implement strong enterprise risk management programmes and practices across a diverse organisation. Ability to deliver effective presentations, both verbally and visually, on a wide of risk topics to senior management. An understanding of GRS tools and risk management and methodologies. Experience with Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience is desirable. A good understanding of global financial markets and products. A minimum of three to five years' experience in a relevant risk role. Strong track record of working with stakeholders at all levels. A relevant 3rd level degree/master's qualification is required Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills. Operational focus with strong attention to detail. Strong willingness to take the initiative and adapt flexibly to changing requirements. Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills. A high level of numeracy with strong analytical skills and competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
