Ryanair are now recruiting for a Flight Safety Administrator to join Europe's larges airline group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.

This successful candudate will be based in our Dublin Headquarters, travelling regularly to our operational bases across Europe, with a focus on our contracted crew leasing agencies.

The Role

Pease note this is a tempoary role with a contract between 9-12 months.

Reporting directly to the SMS Data Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping maintain the efficient running of Safety and Security Department .

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Administration of the Safety Occurrence Reporting System and associated tasks;
- Ensuring the timely filing, follow up and closure of Mandatory Occurrence Reports in accordance with Regulatory Requirements;
- Assisting the Safety Manager with the day-to-day management and administration of the Ryanair Safety Services Office;
- Scheduling, and administration of Safety Meetings;
- Managing Safety Office Training records and administration;

Requirements

- Assisting the Safety Manager in the preparation of Safety related reports;
- Highly organised individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities and hit tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Excel skills are an advantage.
- Previous aviation experience is an advantage but not a requirement
