IT Helpdesk Technician Roscommon Onsite €35K-45K Senitor Ireland are thrilled to partner with this fantastic company, a leader in providing Business Software Solutions across Ireland. This is an exciting chance for a IT Helpdesk Technician to join their forward-thinking team. If you're looking to grow your career in IT within a supportive and innovative environment, this role could be perfect for you In this position, you'll manage the performance, security, and availability of customer IT systems while addressing support requests professionally and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in optimizing IT infrastructures, both on-premise and in the cloud. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms, adhering to SLAs. Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications and operating systems. Maintain IT documentation and inventory. Communicate with customers to ensure they're updated on incident progress and system changes. Work with the Managed Services Team to resolve tickets promptly, escalating where needed. What You'll Need: Experience with Workstations, Servers, Routers, Firewalls, and LAN/WAN connectivity. Knowledge of IT support tools and monitoring systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Systems & Networking or equivalent experience. Microsoft Certification (preferred but not essential).
