Drive responsiveness: Escalate concerns, respond to feedback, and support issue resolution in the moment.

What You Bring Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administration role.
Excellent organisation and multitasking skills — you're one step ahead, always.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with scheduling or medical record systems (Medisoft a plus).
A background in healthcare, optometry, or private clinics is a bonus — but your attitude and empathy matter most.
A commitment to privacy, professionalism, and patient confidentiality (GDPR aware).
Flexibility to work across sites and a proactive mindset — you take initiative and bring solutions.
