Keeper is hiring talented Bilingual (French) B2B Customer Support Representatives to join the Keeper Customer Support, EMEA team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

You're right for this job if you:

1. Have experience answering incoming customer calls, tickets & chats regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
2. Love to take on complex technical questions
3. Excel at customer service and be able to problem solve to turn frustrated clients into happy clients.
4. Want to work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
5. Can maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every client
6. Can balance problem solving and escalating more in-depth issues to the Tier 2 team

Minimum Requirements:

1. An Associate's Degree in a technology-related field and/or 1+ years of Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
2. Bilingual fluency, ability to write, read, and speak both English and French
3. Familiarity with Salesforce experience, or similar technology
4. Hands on experience with Google Suite and MS-office tools
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting

Preferred Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Knowledge of Keeper Security tools and applications
3. Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets and computers
