We are looking for a skilled Account Specialist to help customers successfully adopt Salesforce.

The ESB Team is currently hiring Account Specialists. We bridge the gap between small businesses and the software solutions of Salesforce. In a role that encompasses discovery, training, coaching, sales project and relationship management, Account Specialists are responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce. Equal parts trusted advisor and product expert, we work closely with small businesses to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

- Field, address, and document inbound customer enquiries from customers via cases.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure customer enquiries in relation to Billing, Renewals and Technical issues are appropriately resolved.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide best practices.
- Understand the customer's business needs, challenges, and goals to identify the support options best suited to their objectives, considering the services offered by Salesforce and implementation Partner.
- Manage execution of outbound sales programs to customers.
- Become a Salesforce product expert to articulate feature functionality and how it maps to customer needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and assist customers with online purchases, add-ons, contract restructures, and contract modifications.
- Partner with existing distribution teams efficiently to ensure customer success.
- Meet or exceed key KPI’s and metrics.
- Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.
- Consistently work towards our goal of increasing our customers’ satisfaction level and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to self-learn, be effective, and retain product knowledge.
- 1-2 Years Customer Facing Experience.
- Effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to support multiple customers and deliver effective resolutions.
- Adaptability to communicate and empathise with all levels of customers and end users.
- Basic troubleshooting skills, perseverance, empathy, and patience.
- Demonstrates high degree of determination and accountability.
- Enthusiasm to innovate and help drive improvements across product and process.
- The ability to effectively multi-task and juggle priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Proficiency in English and French required.

Education & Experience

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1-2 Years Sales or relevant customer-facing experience (Business Development).
