Dennehy Motor Group are now looking for a highly motivated person to join its team in Limerick. We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Advisor. Full training will be provided for the right individual to cover all areas of our Service Department.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry

- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance needs

- Advise customers on recommended services and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service orders

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

The successful candidate will show:

·Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.

·Ability to work to high standards.

·An awareness of customer needs and how your job affects the Company's reputation.

·Full drivers license.
