Applications are invited for a specified purpose post of a HRIS Analyst within UCD Human Resources. The HRIS analyst will work as part of the HRIS team, supporting various HR Applications, online forms and reporting tools (e.g. PeopleXD, Tableau). A key element of the role is to manage systems support tickets cascaded through the HR Helpdesk and work as a project leader on designated system projects. The post holder will ensure the delivery of a highly flexible, responsive and effective service to all stakeholders in a busy and dynamic environment. The individual will be responsible for setting and meeting customer service targets as well as advising on system enhancements and process improvements. The post holder will be required to foster collaborative working relationships in a professional and approachable manner and key to their success will be proactive, timely and accurate communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
