Job Title Project Manager Project: Life Sciences Job Location: Cork We are working closely with a tier 1 main contractor to assist in the recruitment of an experienced project manager. This role is for a large-scale life sciences development with a tier 1 main contractor. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Guiding your site team from conception to completion. Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments. Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets. Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. Key requirements: Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal contractor Experience on life sciences projects is preferable but not essential Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software. Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management. Whats in it for you?
