We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively. This role requires a proactive, organised, and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings. ?????? ???????????????????????????????? Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project execution to meet defined timelines and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task lists, and progress reports. Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while maintaining compliance standards. Communicate status updates, risks, and key decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Support governance, documentation, and quality processes in line with regulatory expectations. Foster collaboration, accountability, and ownership across all project participants. ???????????????????????????? & ???????????????????? Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated industry (MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid working model. Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent. Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills. Experience in cross-functional team coordination and change management. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. ?????? ???????????????????????? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Detail-oriented with strong scheduling and task management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid environments.
