A well-established and growing construction firm with a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. The company is currently managing a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Cork and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site operations.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a complex pharma project involving demolition, strip-out, and high-spec fit-out phases. You will oversee a team of 30–40 site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your role will include:Coordinating all site activities and managing daily operationsLiaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsMonitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsReporting progress to senior management and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within the pharma or industrial sectorsStrong background in demolition, strip-out, and fit-out projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage large teams and multiple contractors on siteRelevant qualifications in construction management or engineeringA proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
