Project Manager (Building Experience) - Cork & Dublin Overview: Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Cork & Dublinfrom inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle from pre-construction through delivery and handover and to ensure targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects. Lead project teams and subcontractors to achieve key milestones. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial new build and fit-out projects. Strong technical, commercial, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management software and MS Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
