Salary: to €45k Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, 25 days AL, Wellbeing Programme, Hybrid working Overall Package: to €50k The Role: Administrative and secretarial support to partners, and fee earners within the Commercial team. Responsibility for AML requirements for client onboarding, in accordance with Firm procedures. Manage billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments. Take ownership of audit/accrual requests for clients. Maintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible. Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates. Digital dictation. Co-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itineraries. Processing Expenses on behalf of fee earners. Maintaining and updating client database. The Candidate: 1-2 years legal secretarial experience, or professional services environment. Proficient with MS Office Dictaphone typing skills of 65+ words per minute. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Team player, who can also work on their own initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
