Job Title: Account Executive

At CREGG, we are excited to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. This field-based role will focus on promoting and selling individual and corporate health plan policies to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities within the geographical area by engaging with existing customer portfolios to develop opportunities to promote HSF Health Plan to their employees.
  • Deliver workplace and virtual presentations to promote our health plans and secure new policyholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management for existing customers through quarterly to annual reviews.
  • Meet or exceed agreed annual sales targets for new corporate agreements, new policyholders secured, and quality thresholds regarding customer engagement.
  • Nurture and pursue new leads through to closure, reporting reasons for non-closure and exploring alternative approaches.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales skills, including ability to achieve own sales targets and sustain them over time.
  • Previous account management experience and demonstrable understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent business acumen, presentation skills, and customer service attitude.
  • Ability to build lasting and productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and advanced interpersonal and team working skills.
