The Role

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and client-focused financial services team in Limerick. This role offers the opportunity to work with multinational clients across investment funds and financial services, taking ownership of key deliverables while contributing to the development of a growing team. There is also an Assistant Manager role available to newly qualified / part qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds and financial services entities in line with US GAAP, IFRS, and local standards.
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting for multinational clients, liaising with auditors, administrators, and investment managers.
- Take ownership of deliverables under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Support senior management and partners on ad hoc financial reporting and regulatory advisory projects.
- Research and resolve technical accounting queries, providing insight aligned with current standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and supporting future workloads.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring consistency and clarity across deliverables.
- Use MS Word and Excel to prepare, review, and validate financial statements for content, style, and accuracy.
- Ensure clear and consistent language across all documentation, maintaining professional grammar, style, and formatting standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively and maintain open communication to drive team collaboration and project success.

Requirements:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). - Or recently/part qualified for Assistant Manager role.
- Experience in financial reporting and/or audit within investment funds, ideally gained in a leading professional services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with sound professional judgment and a commercial mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to produce and review high-quality financial statements with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, to support analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player, proactive in mentoring others and eager to progress in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Legal entitlement to work in Ireland.
- Client is also taking candidates on a Stamp 1A visa for Traineeship.

Offer:

- FP&A Manager - €50,000 - 65,000
- FP&A Assistant Manager - €40,000 - €55,000
