Sonographer | Dun Laoghaire | 3-4 days per week
2 days ago
Job role:
Medica Group is the market leader in the provision of teleradiology and managed radiology services to the UK and Ireland. We are now recruiting for a new colleague to join our growing Ultrasound team on a part-time basis.
As we are constantly expanding our business, at this moment, we require specialisations in MSK, DDH or paediatrics. However, if you do not possess any of them but have interest in expanding your knowledge and clinical experience in them, we would be happy to train you
We opened a new clinic in Dun Laoghaire last year and, as the service expands, we need a new colleague to be based there for ideally 32 hours a week, across four days per week. However, the role could also be full time combined with clinical work in other locations.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sonographer who wants to take a step forward in their professional career or a Clinical Specialist Sonographer looking for a new challenge with Medica Ireland.
Who we are:
Medica Ireland is a radiology services provider in Ireland employing over 160 staff members. We deliver managed service solutions to public and private hospitals and have patient services in MRI, Ultrasound, CT, DXA, Obstetrics and X-Ray.
We are a clinically led, patient-focused organisation with industry experts including Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and ICT professionals. Our proven track record shows improvement in access for patients through the resolution of traditional radiology bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies, while simultaneously reducing costs for the hospital.
