Clinical Support Specialist - Leinster (Field-Based) Not a sales role - but a key part of the commercial team I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device company that's expanding its clinical support team across Ireland. They're seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support a premium portfolio of Orthopaedic and Interventional Radiology products. This is a field-based role focused on providing in-theatre support, product training, and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals. You'll work closely with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective use of medical devices, while also contributing to commercial success through strong clinical engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures Deliver product training to clinicians and theatre staff Build and maintain relationships with consultants, NCHDs, nurses, and other stakeholders Respond to clinical, technical, and commercial queries Support territory planning and activity aligned with growth strategy Attend relevant conferences and meetings Ideal Candidate Profile Background in anatomy, physiotherapy, scrub nursing, or similar Strong communication and organisational skills Team-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused mindset Full driver's licence and willingness to travel Based in Leinster (majority of work in Dublin, with travel outside Dublin required) Package Includes Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus Company car Lunch allowance Pension Private Health Insurance Full training and professional development Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in orthopaedic and trauma care, while developing your career in a supportive and expanding company.
