Sales Support Coordinator 

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and trusted company in the forecourt services industry, who are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join their busy team in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Duties:



Handle day-to-day invoicing, pricing updates, and credit/debit notes for in-house accounts and distributors


Support Regional Sales Managers with meeting prep, quotes, and regular updates


Keep track of tender opportunities, prepare submissions, and help with key reports and board papers


Update product pricing, work closely with suppliers, and assist customers with orders, queries, and invoicing


Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and the creation of POS materials and online content


Work with designers and external partners to produce marketing materials and maintain brand consistency




Skills:



2+ years’ experience in administration, marketing support, or sales coordination (FMCG, lubricants, or industrial sectors advantageous)


Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM or ERP systems


Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers


Strong numerical and analytical ability for pricing and tender preparation


Creative and detail-oriented, with experience supporting marketing and design projects
