Client Engagement:Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure all catering arrangements align perfectly with their needs. Documentation & Reporting:Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of catering activities, staff schedules, and client interactions. Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this managerial role, youll need the following qualifications and skills: Experience:A minimum of 3 years in catering, hospitality, or food service leadership. Education:BA Honors degree in Hotel and Catering Management. Specialised Knowledge:A qualification in HACCP Management is required. Leadership Excellence:A demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results. Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage effectively with clients and staff. Flexibility:Versatility to adapt to varying client needs and work schedules.
