Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join the Global Partnerships & Channels team. As a Territory Partner Seller, you will drive and support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our business Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build partners within the Mid Market area.
This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, and a roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' attitude. Success requires the execution of a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem within the Mid Market business and specifically with our top accounts, focusing on driving net new partner generated pipeline. Additionally, you must be a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner and have the ability to establish broad senior-level relationships. You have a proven track record of delivering results and getting things done. You will demonstrate strong business acumen, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to effectively build relationships with executive business Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build alliance leaders in the partner ecosystem.

1. Create a Partner go-to-market business plan with Area Sales leadership to drive sales growth through partners within the Mid Market area.

3. Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace.
4. Execute the development of our Partner Sales strategy for your Area and the Global Partnerships & Channels Ecosystem Operating Model.
5. Work with ServiceNow partners to generate new business in existing accounts, in new markets, and landing ServiceNow net new logos, as well as ensuring our partners assist in delivering successful projects in a defined territory or region.
6. Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships.
7. Politically astute, good understanding of business, and able to ascertain key decision makers.
8. Work with marketing to plan and execute marketing events to help drive new revenue.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
1. Strong track record of exceeding sales and partner sales revenue targets.
2. Sound business acumen skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
3. Strategic thinker who can blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives.
4. History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships.
5. Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques.
6. Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and with a team.
8. Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships with partners in the SI, Reseller, MSP, and ISV community.
9. Demonstrated ability to drive significant influenced revenue with and through partnerships.
10. Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners, etc.
11. Willing and able to travel.
Desired Skills/Experience/Assets:
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with 5+ years in either alliance management, consulting, or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities.
- Experience of working with organizations in multiple cities/verticals.
- Experience working with multiple Sales teams driving and building the partner ecosystem.
- Self-starter, builder mentality with the ability to plan, organize, execute strategy, and influence others.
- Highly motivated and independent contributor.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business. Business, Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree.
