Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Administrator to support a busy HR & Payroll team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to key HR functions during an exciting phase of organisational development.
- Location: Dublin 8
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Department: Human Resources, Corporate Services
- Salary: €38,600
- Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
- Annual Leave: 23 days + public holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, high-quality HR support and advice
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and contract management
- Coordinate leave and absence records (e.g. maternity, sick leave)
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases in line with GDPR
- Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and process improvement
Ideal Candidate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- 1 year experience required
- Knowledge of GDPR and HR best practices an advantage
