Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on an Accounts Assistant vacancy. Joining a growing Debt and Enforcement team working closely with clients and Solicitors. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well-established team. Salary: to €40K DOE Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Health Cover, on-site Gym, Travel Tax Incentive, Bike to Work. Total Package: up to €55k The Role: Send monthly invoices to clients via email. Support credit control activities. Assist with daily banking tasks, such as providing matter numbers for lodgements. Allocate outlay invoices to appropriate client matters. Maintain and reconcile records of court services stamping costs on a monthly basis. Manage petty cash administration. Post journal entries to the general ledger. Assist the Accounts Manager with monthly and quarterly management accounts preparation. Monitor the Finance email account, responding to enquiries from clients, and suppliers. Other ad-hoc duties as required. The Candidate: 1 year+ experience within professional services environment is preferred. Previous experience using Keyhouse and Sam4 systems is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively. The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Produce high standards of work. Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time. High level of proficiency in Excel.
