Link Personnel are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join the successful Litigation Practice Group a Top Tier Law Firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, business acumen, and a passion for working in a leading law firm.

Salary: to €55k

Overall Package: €62k

The Role:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and senior associates within the Litigation team.
- Oversee the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage client accounts and transaction-related payments.
- Handle AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements for client onboarding, ensuring full compliance with firm procedures.
- Manage client auditing requests and related documentation.
- Maintain and organise both physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access and up-to-date records.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, coordinating communications effectively.
- Schedule and manage meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, including agreements, pleadings, correspondence, and other relevant materials.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.

The Candidate:

- Experience in assisting with medical negligence, personal injury, product liability, and healthcare litigation cases.
- Strong knowledge of AML procedures for client onboarding and document management.
- Proficiency in Elite 3E and other legal practice management software.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
