German-Speaking Digital Marketing Agency Specialist (Dublin, Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital advertising team for a know Social Media Client in Dublin, working with top Digital Marketing Agencies across the DACH region. You’ll act as a trusted partner — helping agencies understand how to build brand awareness, optimize performance, and increase sales using advanced ad products and analytics tools.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of digital marketing agencies
- Partner with agencies to optimize campaigns, drive ROI, and unlock new growth opportunities
- Translate data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable results
- Onboard new agency partners, guiding them through tools, best practices, and product features
- Manage multiple campaigns with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success

What You Bring

- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or ad tech sales
- Background in or exposure to agency environments is essential
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- Excellent communication skills — consultative, structured, and persuasive
- Based in Dublin (or planning relocation) with full work authorization in Ireland
